Justina Couey
Justina has spent more than a decade building teams and leading recruiting through periods of significant growth. Her experience ranges from highly specialized searches to hiring at scale across complex engineering and manufacturing teams.
Beyond search, she has built recruiting functions from the ground up, creating the structure, partnerships, and talent pipelines needed as organizations scale. She has spent years training and developing recruiters and hiring managers, strengthening how they evaluate talent and navigate the hiring process. Those experiences shaped how she approaches recruiting and the kind of partner she wants to be.
She founded Couey Talent Partners to build something of her own around that perspective.
